I/O Fit Founder's Rate Plan

Our I/O Fit program doesn't require any experience whatsoever, because we don't use barbells or do any rig work. We focus on dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio, bodyweight movements, and other equipment to make you leaner and toned. There will be alot of conditioning with lighter weights and core work. It's a great way to burn calories with our programming that typically lasts about 40 minutes in length.
We have great coaches to keep you moving safely and a community that will keep you accountable, so that you burn calories, get fit, and become a better you!
There's no sign-up costs, no "Foundations" or starter program, and no monthly commitment. We do ask that you give us a 30 day cancellation.
Classes are every Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30am & 4:30pm, and every Saturday at 8am.
